Never read these terms, and I could just imagine what is written in the terms.
Without an official announcement and explanation about why it closed and then reopened the file sharing, I think most people will just avoid fileserve. It is not surprising if fileserve shuts down completely next morning when you wake up.

Had one month premium subscription of wupload.
The download/upload rate is on par with other hosts. I am just not sure how resilient it is.
Maybe we can revert to RS for a while?

Remote upload is what matters mostly to me because of the Lynda, DT and other iso files. If you want you can take rs for 1 month and I'll take wupload for one month and share them
. Then we'll see how it goes.

Let´s do this. In fact a lot of files of my RS account are dying as I haven´t renewed the premium subscription for a couple of months.
Nevertherless, it seems rather impractical to find a cyberlocker that is long lasting.

For longevity of files, it appears that honour goes to DepositFiles (DF). Links to some stuff posted onto DepositFiles back in 2007 are still active today.
But DepositFiles is terrible if you're a non-premium member d/ling during the afternoon-midnight CET (Central European Time).
Wupload is good and fast, but because they voluntarily abandoned their affiliate scheme in Nov 11, Wupload is no longer the choice for uploaders.
TurboBit.net / LetItBit.net/ / Vip-Files.net are Russian cyberlockers that offer poor speeds for non-premium members, but as a premium member speeds are good. But TurboBit.net / LetItBit.net delete files too fast.
Contrary to what Frozen Night posted from PhoenixBBS, TurboBit.net / LetItBit.net/ / Vip-Files are not new - they've been around for a couple of years at least (I don't know exactly).
RS has become tortoise slow for non-premium members since Filesonic became a cloud-provider. But RS links are springing up once again.
The above are my perspective, and from the last 6 years that cyberlockers have been around, the big three are/were RS, MU, DF, and in my opinion DF is the current winner from a freeloader's perspectives in terms of availability of links.
RS will never recapture that glory that it once had, simply because it no longer has an affiliate scheme that uploaders thrive upon, unless all other cyberlockers terminate their affiliate schemes.
NetLoad.in / FileFactory / HotFile wasted a golden opportunity to be the biggest and best.
And the less said about Kim Dotcom, the better. Megaupload in name, mega in its founder by body size and wallet size.

To tell you the truth I never got a single cent from their paid system as what I upload is only here and on phoenixbbs. Files are encrypted and password protected in a rar file. I personally like it more to be hosted at non affiliate cyberlocker service for the reason of less chance to raise the dust (law)
